Ordering & Shipping

Customer Accounts
For your convenience, we recommend creating a customer account on our website. An account will allow you to track the status of your orders and see your order history. You'll also save time by having your billing and shipping addresses on file. Business customers who wish to create an account must use their corporate email address.

Sales Tax
We collect New York sales tax for all orders shipped to the state of NY. If you are tax exempt, you must provide us with appropriate documentation of your tax status before placing an order. A tax ID number alone will not suffice. For more information, please contact us.

Shipping Information
Sheets up to 24" x 48" can be shipped via UPS Ground. USPS Priority Mail is also available which may be more economical for small items.
Most items are in-stock and will ship within 1-3 business days. Same-day shipping is not guaranteed. Business days do not include weekends. We will let you know if any items are out of stock or if there are any other issues that might delay your order.
Due to shipping regulations, adhesives and other select items can only be shipped via UPS ground to locations in the lower 48 states. These items can not be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Costs
To determine the shipping costs for an order, add the desired items to your cart and follow the link to the shipping estimate page above the checkout button. You will be shown a list of shipping options and their associated costs. Note that these are estimates and the actual cost will be calculated at checkout.

Shipment Tracking
Ground shipments will generally take between ness days to reach you after being handed off to UPS or USPS. After your items have shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that contains a link to track the shipping progress of your order.

Shipping Delays
Please note that orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside our direct control; please be patient with us. Once USPS or UPS picks up your package, we cannot control the length of time necessary for USPS or UPS to deliver. If you wish to check the status of your package once it is in transit, please contact USPS or UPS directly with your tracking details. USPS or UPS estimates, but does not guarantee, expected delivery dates which could vary. We do not handle inquiries requesting tracking updates, as the courier service handles that.

Missing or Damaged Package
If USPS or UPS marks your package as delivered, but it was not received, please contact the carrier for GPS details on your delivery or to file a claim. 

Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS or UPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS or UPS. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for misdelivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.

WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WEATHER-RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS. ONCE THE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS, IT IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL.

In case you need to file a claim with the carrier of your package:
USPS Priority or UPS Ground packages are insured up to $100. USPS First Class Package is NOT insured.
If needed, we can provide a copy of the packing slip and the commercial invoice for your order, but YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH USPS or UPS.
If your package is returned, you are responsible for contacting us with the correct address to be shipped back to and for the shipping service of your choice. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING FEE.
 
International Shipping
We now offer shipping to Canada in addition to the USA. For more information, please get in touch with us. At this time, we do not ship to any other international destinations.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES OR SHIPPERS FEES YOU WILL INCUR OR FOR DELAYS BECAUSE OF CUSTOMS.
